Independence Hall, the scene of the signing of both the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution, is flanked by two buildings. Congress Hall, on the right, housed the US Congress from 1790 to 1800. To the left is Old City Hall in which the United States Supreme Court presided in the 1790s. All three buildings are open year 'round to visitors.
