The World Bank Art collection consists of 6,000 works of art dating predominantly to the 20th and 21st centuries. Global in scope, its collecting focus is art from the World Bank member countries.
Since 1997, the collection is curated by the World Bank Art Program. By carefully selecting and displaying original works of art in the workplace, our objective is increasing awareness about the culture of supporting innovation, creativity and new talent in development, and respecting the diversity of cultures the World Bank represents.
